Fabulous quality blanket
Quality product, was sent promptly and well packaged. The design is on trend and the wieght of the blanket is perfect - not too heavy.

Service excellent!! Top lovely but sleeves very long
Service excellent. Top really lovely but sleeves too long. Would have given it 5 stars if i did not have to alter the sleeve length

Order process was very good and item arrived promptly. The blanket however did not meet my expectation of soft merino wool I found it very scratchy and rough.

Sorry to hear that you were not happy with your blanket - being an Online purchase you could have always exchanged/returned it. The Essential Blanket selected is from our "budget friendly"range - it is not our premium quality wool blanket, and the softest blankets in our range are the Alpaca blends.
