The tracking states that the order is delayed due to severe weather around your country. Please can we ask that you allow a few more days for delivery as we can now see that it is in Ohio, therefore we would hope that you would receive this any day now. The delivery clearly shows the parcel being handed the resident by the front door. There is also a picture of the house number its been delivered to which corresponds to the delivery address we have.
