Hello and thanks for your feedback. We're really sorry about the water leak issue - we did not understand the full extent of the problem. We're glad all is sorted now. We were waiting on Nissan to provide us with the payment link, and this is the reason for the delay. Once we received it, we promptly paid for it. We are sorry this didn't happen sooner, and will update our practices next time to call them and get it done immediately. We really hope things are on the up now, but please do let us know if you need anything else from us - we will do our best to make things up to you.
