Guernsey to Portsmouth, spent a restlessness night in Club Class Lounge freezing cold, air conditioning was on so high, 3 blankets & still uncomfortable 😞

dont arrive early, pointless
Arrived at port early, last to board. Ship moving before leaving car deck. Cars still arriving after close time and directed straight on in advance of those arriving punctually. Not happy with queue...

Wonderful family adventure
We really enjoyed the whole experience. It was my Daughters first time on the Condor and so she was very excited. The whole crew and staff were very friendly, helpful and clearly enjoy their roles.

Thank you for your reply. We shall definitely use Condor again to travel to the Channel Islands as the service is generally good. I appreciate your staff check the cars during the voyage but I would still prefer to lock my car, which I have always done in the past without any problem.
