The trip across to Guernsey was fine, however the trip back was cancelled and re-scheduled due to a 'technical error' which left us having to book an additional hotel stay and then arrived back home...

An enjoyable experience
We found all staff to be extremely helpful and kind. The person I travelled with had poor mobility. We travelled in Club Class and staff there went out of their way to make sure we had everything...

Inflated prices but comfortable
The ferries had very inflated prices on board. But the seats were comfy enough.
Passport control either side took around 45 minutes which was a shame but day out was still fun.

Comfortable crossing
I found overnight to Portsmouth via Jersey just too long, but I enjoyed a meal in the restaurant and found the seating in the Horizon lounge very comfortable. The area was quiet and restful.
