Poor service
Cancelled crossings, poor communication, dirty ferry, disrespectful staff ( disability discrimination). Lounge had no food or drinks available! Dry crackers, packets of crisps only!

Jersey to St Malo by ferry - a great way to travel.
The trip was comfortable and efficient. A great way to got to France. The only improvement would be sailing time. It would be better to sail an hour or two earlier.
