Good time keeping, shame about the food in the evening.
Both the outward and return crossings to Guernsey were on time - the return in fact was running early.
Food from the restaurant on the return was a bit limited for choice.

Smooth sailing, problematic getting off the ship
Smooth sailing, almost on time - the main problem: it took a very log for time for foot passengers to leave the vessel - and the process with too small a shuttle seemed absurd.

Staff were amazing . Mattress in middle felt broken . Told staff about it also found two **** magazine under mattress and gave them to member of staff . I did want possible children finding them ....

Made welcome as soon as we got on board, staff very friendly and helpful, weather was horrendous. The staff were checking to make sure you were okay, the captain kept us updated with the weather...
