Hi Colin, we really appreciate the feedback and fully understand your disappointment. Unfortunately, your order was placed the day before all the new stock arrived in our warehouse. We then had to process almost 1000 back orders which took us 1 week to get through. Normally, such orders would get processed the same day and be with you within 2-4 days on our standard shipment service.
