We're sorry that you've had a bad experience with your order. We attempted delivery on the 28th and left a card, though we were pleased to hear that your delivery arrived safely on the 2nd, and would like to apologise for the initial delay which was due to a shortage of stock. Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback and we hope to see you again soon.
Warm Regards

Three dates given for the coal delivery, two were missed completely, with no updates whatsoever, I had to do all the chasing.
