We're sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the service you received with your last order. Delivery times tend to differ through the seasons, and will decrease in winter as we employ more drivers to help us meet demand. Unfortunately we are unable to provide company mobile phones and hands free kits to every driver immediately. We are currently working to improve our delivery times and communication, and hope that this will allow us to serve you better in future should you decide to use us again. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.
Warm Regards
Rebekah

Please accept our apologies for the confusion when delivering your order. We'd like to reassure you that your account has now been set up so that only the smaller vehicle will be sent. As discussed, the damage to the drystone wall is currently being investigated and we will remain in touch throughout the process. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.
Warm Regards
Rebekah
