We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you, however we note that you were updated on the progress of this at each stage by various methods including post/telephone calls and e-mail. We also note your comment in respect of receiving all documents by e-mail, unfortunately we are unable to trace any record that e-mail was your only preferred method of contact.
