Having investigated with the branch, we are sorry to hear of the delay in you receiving funds. As the tenant moved out on Christmas Eve, and our branches were closed until New Year this meant a delay in the process.
We will of course take your comments on board going forward, and make all of our landlords aware of the timeframes involved with shutting a file and transferring rent, especially around holidays.
