Dear Customer,

We are very sorry to hear about your negative experience with Chemist.net. After looking into your order, it appears that the prescription only arrived on the 07/02/18, 2 days ago, and until then we have been unable to dispense or send out any medication. Legally, we cannot do so without the original prescription being in our possession and this is clearly stated on the website. I can only assume the delay in it being delivered is down to the postal service. Your medication was then immediately ordered in from our supplier and will be sent out in this afternoon's delivery, at which point you will receive a dispatch confirmation by email.

We are very sorry for this delay and can fully understand your frustration. We had not forgotten about your order, but we simply cannot do anything without the prescription first and hope you do understand.

Chemist.net will always aim to provide the best experience to all our customers, and am very sorry you have not had such this time. We hope you will give us another chance in the future to display the top level of service we always aim for.

Dear Customer,

After looking into it further today, it appears that your package was lost with the courier. I am extremely sorry about this and how long it has taken to resolve your problem. Your package will be re-dispatched today via Royal Mail First Class, and should be with you tomorrow, or at the very latest, the day after tomorrow.

Again, I am very, very sorry for this. We always aim for our customers in the UK to get their package within 1 or 2 working days from dispatch, but obviously something went wrong with the courier and your parcel went missing. I will personally be tracking the parcel we're sending out to you today to make sure it reaches you safely.

Dear Customer,

I'm very sorry to hear about this. I've personally looked into it, and your order was placed around 4:00pm on the 12th of Feb, dispatched the next day on the 13th, and delivered the following day on the 14th, signed by someone at your home address with the same surname.

I'm a little confused as this would mean the order was sent out on time, delivered on time, and we cannot find any correspondence from you. Please feel free to call in or let us know a good time to call you in order to sort out this confusion, as we always aim to deliver the best service and do not want to leave any customer unsatisfied.
