Hello Sonia Bullock, I’m truly sorry to hear about your experience and that you’re disappointed with the quality of your card. I completely understand how frustrating this must feel, especially when you’ve paid for delivery on top of your purchase. Our £5.99 delivery option is for next-day delivery, and we do offer alternative delivery methods ranging from £4.99 to 95p depending on the service selected. However, I’m very sorry that on this occasion you feel the product did not meet your expectations. Your feedback is important to us, and we appreciate you taking the time to share it. A member of our team will be in touch with you via email shortly to look into this further and see how we can help resolve the matter. Kind regards, Taya cardfactory

Hello, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. I’m really pleased to hear that you were happy with the cards you received, that they were well packaged, and that your collection experience in store was quick and friendly. I’m sorry, however, for the technical glitches you experienced online and that some of your personalised cards could not be completed. I can see that a member of the team has already been in touch regarding this issue, and we do apologise again for the inconvenience caused. I’m also sorry to hear that the promotional code did not work as expected and that the delivery costs then made it not worthwhile to reorder. In some cases, our promo codes are linked to a specific delivery method and will only apply when the correct option is selected at checkout. For the code provided to you, please ensure that Royal Mail First Class Tracked delivery is selected for the discount to apply. Thank you again for your balanced and thoughtful feedback — we truly appreciate it. Taya cardfactory
