Thank you for your feedback. We are glad overall you had a good trip with us however we were disappointed to hear about your experience at the Continental Hotel. We will follow up with reservations about this. It is true Gau Txori is a bit out of centre however accommodation options in Zubiri are quite limited. All hotels typically take care of the luggage both before and after collection and as such we were surprised to hear that your luggage had been left unattended. We do apologise for this.
