Feedback on specific properties will be passed on to our reservations team so they can contact the owners directly and address any issues. 

We offer a comprehensive service including route planning, logistics (including booking all accommodation, luggage transfers and other services required) as well as a 24/7 support number for peace of mind. Of course, many pilgrims choose to organise their trip directly and that will work out cheaper but we feel we offer a hassle-free package where all our clients have to do is pack their bags and worry about the walking, leaving the logistics to us.

We are pleased to hear you enjoyed the Camino experience and the trip went well. We generally don't include (or charge) for dinner in the bigger stage towns as there are many dining options available and we have found clients generally prefer to find their own restaurant in these locations.
