Hello Terrence . Sorry to to hear that you are having these delivery problems and we will take it up with GLS in the morning . We have had some regional issues in the past but not heard too much of late . We have two alternative Couriers and will amend you account to use these from now on if we don't receive a satisfactory response.
Sometimes for orders received late in the day, we may have no choice but to send with whatever couriers are left available but this should be no excuse as all our couriers are meant to be next day .

Irish business. Good prices (for what I was looking for anyway). Free delivery for orders of €50 or more. The stuff arrives within a day or two. What's not to like? 😀
The service in genreal has been exceptional. But on my last few orders, service has been very slow and there seems to been a mix up on who is shipping the order out. Cork or Skibbereen.

Hello Thank you for the heads up on this one. We will look into it from our side and investigate why this has happened on your recent orders . Cork or Skibbereen despatch should not be an issue, so we will look into our communication between depots
