Thank you for the feedback. All stores do of course have delivery and returns costs, they simply build these into the price they retail the goods at. If you are ordering a single item this is fine, but if you order several items in effect you are paying more for the delivery of the goods. We ensure that our pricing is transparent, however, and should the items not be suitable, simply return them and we will send an alternative at no extra charge to you. You can also purchase a return label at checkout for £1.25. which is the best value return you can get. If it is not used, you can also keep this for use against a future order should you then need to return an item.

Thank you for your comments. I am sorry that on this occasion the item has not met expectations. We have had very good reports on this product previously. I can confirm that a returns label was added to the post yesterday and we hope this hasn't dissuaded you from ordering in the future.

They would have had 5 stars but they didn't send me the free line with the rod that I bought but did send me a different line to which I preferred when I rang up about it.
