Good price for the rod; however, the wrong rod was initially delivered and the customer service line to sort it out is 13p per minute. Their warehouse system needs improving.

Thank you for your feedback. As I am sure you are aware we have always charged for making calls to us. Our charges are within government guidelines for call costs, and there are no plans currently to change this. We do, however, have an email service which may not be immediate but will deal with your inquiry in the same efficient way. customerservice@fishtec.co.uk
