Ordered some fluorocarbon and was supposed to get one free emailed but no response. Loathe to ring as premium rate so will just vote with feet!

Thank you for the email. You do need to add the free fluorocarbon to your basket as you can choose a different rating. I take it you required the same again however so we will get this sent on to you.
