Fantastic on line service will continue to use on a regular basis.
poor delievery times normal delievery in about 10 working days not 3-5 as stated. i have tried to contact you today regarding order placed on 27/05/08 which i have not received.
all in all very poor...

I am sorry to hear that your VIP membership card hasn't arrived with you yet. It was despatched by 1st class post on the 28th of May. If it still hasn't arrived in mondays post, then please give our customer service team a call on 0871 911 7002 and they will be happy to arrange for another card to be sent out.

Is there any chance that Fishtec can do boot sizes below size 6, i.e. size 4 & 5.
