Well packaged, delivered when stated, excellent price and a good range of products. My first site to use for fish food and pond products. Fish very happy.
The couriers sent contradictory messages; and then delivered when they said they couldn't, so I was out; requiring me to pay someone to go and collect the parcel as I have no car.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that DHL delivered outside of the timeframe they quoted, this is just an estimated delivery time and occasionally things happen that mean the driver arrives earlier or later than specified. If there is a nearby parcel shop, the driver can leave your parcel there ready for collection rather than taking it back to the depot which is usually further away. If you are unable to collect from a parcel shop please let us know and we can request the parcel is returned to us and resend your order for you. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused. Thank you.
Lightweight parcel did not merit carrier charge. Isle of Arran is served by Royal Mail who would have delivered it for under half the cost. I accepted the cost on ordering as l did not know the...

Thank you for your feedback. I know the item may seem small and lightweight compared to other items we sell but it is actually too heavy and large to send with our current Royal Mail contract i'm afraid. We don't profit at all from our delivery charges, we actually charge less than we are charged from the courier to ship to Isle of Arran. We do try and be upfront about our postage costs rather than just increasing the cost of our items and offering 'free' delivery. Next time you order if you give us a call we can let you know if we are able to send something via Royal Mail on an untracked service for a lower cost but it would need to be a very small and light item. Thankyou for your order
