Thank you for your feedback. We have to be able to safely package our items so they're protected in transit, we try and find the balance between packaging things safely and securely but not to an excess. Some larger items we are able to send out without any plastic packaging at all, but others that are easily damaged such as plants and baskets require more protection. Its a difficult situation that we can't always win, because if the item arrived without any plastic packaging and was damaged we'd receive negative feedback about that, too. We're constantly trying to improve the amount of plastic we use, and only use it where necessary, and we hope our customers choose to recycle our packaging where possible. Thank you.
The liner was purchased after reading the information on the website and has proved to be entirely satisfactory. The delivery was as stated. I would always recommend Bradshaws for aquatic products.
