It is great to hear that you have been happy with our level of customer service, but are saddened to hear you are not satisfied with the quality of our Tidy Rectangular Modular Box and Tidy Squared Modular Box. We pride ourselves on our high quality products that have been expertly crafted from the best materials, so are disappointed you have not found this to be the case with your purchase.
We appreciate your concerns around indoor air quality, however, we would like to reassure you that all of our products – including the Tidy Rectangular and Tidy Squared Modular Boxes you have purchased – meet all the required safety standards and emissions levels to ensure they are safe for everyone in the home. To confirm, the rounded corners of our Tidy Rectangular and Tidy Squared Modular Boxes are made from solid wood (European Beech) and the sides are made from MDF.
I would just like to take this opportunity to apologise that the materials used to craft this product were not made clear enough on our website, but offer our thanks to you again for taking the time to offer your feedback.
