Excellent service for saving money on game purchases and their customer service is top notch. Games sometimes take a while to arrive but may be down to postage and royal mail.

Great service but time for an update
My only complaint is the site design. It really needs updating. Ideally there would be a native mobile app for the best experience.
Apart from that the game arrived much earlier than expected.

I have been waiting more than a week for AC Valhalla and nobody can actually help. The game says it has been despatched but where is it?

Hi, Thanks for your review. We usually expect games to arrive within 1-3 days once despatched so im sorry to hear your game has not arrived. We are confident the game will arrive with you, less than 1% of our games are lost or delayed per year so it may just be delayed given the current situation.
Based on information from Royal Mail and our customers, our games are all arriving though some are taking longer than we would usually expect.
