Not enough stock
Get more stock, there is a pandemic on the go and more people are at home. Therefore it is logical that your custom will be higher. Games go from short wait the long wait within a refresh if the page.

We always aim to have enough stock to meet demand for games in our library including new releases and we continue to monitor stock levels to keep wait times to a minimum. As our customers are able to keep hold of the games for as long as they like with no late fees there may be occasions when we don’t have the games you are after immediately available. If there is a particular game you are hoping to rent please do not hesitate to get in touch via phone, email, live chat or social media and we will always do our best to get the game out to you as quickly as we possibly can. Any time you have lost we will award payback points for each day you are waiting. These points can then be used towards bonus games, free rental months and discounts on purchases.
