Good afternoon Tony, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate your suggestion regarding trend analysis across multiple assessments. We understand how valuable it could be to have a summary that not only highlights changes year on year but also provides further context on what those trends may mean for your health. In the meantime, you can view many of your historical results and compare trends from previous assessments within your MyWellness account. This allows you to track changes over time and monitor key health markers across multiple assessments. We will ensure your comments regarding a more detailed trend analysis report are shared with the relevant team for consideration as we continue to develop and improve our services. Thank you again for your valuable feedback and for your continued support. Warm regards, Thomas

Good afternoon Christine, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your recent experience did not meet the standard you have come to expect from your previous Bluecrest assessments. As a returning customer, we particularly value your feedback and are disappointed to learn that you left feeling dissatisfied. We're pleased to hear that you found the Health Assessment Specialist polite and professional. However, we're sorry that you found the pace of the appointment difficult to follow and that communication was not as clear as it should have been. Ensuring customers feel comfortable, informed, and able to fully engage throughout their assessment is incredibly important to us. We also appreciate your comments regarding the discussion of additional tests. Our intention is always to provide information about optional services that may be relevant to a customer's health, enabling them to make informed decisions. We never want customers to feel pressured or that the focus has shifted away from their assessment, and we're sorry that this was your experience. Thank you again for bringing these concerns to our attention. Your feedback will be shared with the relevant team as we continue to review and improve our service. Warm regards, Thomas

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the instructions provided with your sample kit were unclear. We understand how confusing it can be when the labels are separate within the kit and there is no clear guidance on where they should be applied. Your feedback is very helpful, and we can certainly appreciate how clearer instructions would make the process easier and provide greater confidence when preparing samples for return. We will ensure your comments are shared with the relevant team for review as we continue to improve our customer information and communications. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Warm regards, Thomas

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you found the payment options and future health assessment arrangements confusing. We understand how important it is for customers to have a clear understanding of what they have purchased, any upcoming assessments, and how any complimentary services, such as a mid-year health check, can be accessed. Your suggestion regarding a follow-up email that clearly sets out all relevant information is a very helpful one. We can certainly appreciate how this would make things easier to understand and ensure that valuable benefits, such as the complimentary 6-month health check, are not overlooked. We will ensure your feedback is shared with the relevant team for consideration as we continue to improve our customer communications. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Warm regards, Thomas
