Thank you for your feedback, it is very much appreciated. We are so sorry for such a disappointing experience especially as we pride ourselves on quality products and a high standard of service, so we will look into why this has occurred and see what improvements can be made. I understand my colleagues have been in touch with you to personally address your concerns and we are sorry for any delay in processing a refund as we were unable to send a replacement tree; it can take from 3-5 days working days before reaching your account depending upon your bank’s processing times. Please accept our sincere apologies for the disappointment and inconvenience caused and we hope you will reconsider and visit us again in the future. Kind regards

Unable to comment.

Very good customer service but the hamper wasn't available. I'm therefore unable to comment as the alternative offered wasn't suitable . I cancelled the order and received an instant refund.
