Thank you for your review of the Cabaret Tables purchased from us, and for sending the photos. The tables look fantastic and as you say work perfectly with the Natuzzi Upholstery.
Great service, all the staff very helpful and friendly. Order was delivered quickly with no issues. Best furniture shop in Reading on price and quality. I would highly recommend.

I was served by what transpired to be one of the directors and to say he was arrogant would be a nice comment. Maybe he should remember customers pay his salary.

I thank you for your reply and the underlining of the 26th of March, to be clear you solicited my review yesterday and as I am sure you would agree honesty is the best policy. I voted with my feet and now shop in Heals in London of which I would highly recommend as they have a far better collection of some very interesting pieces. My feed back if you would like in detail I am happy to offer this either here in the public forum or directly, however if you solicit feedback don't expect it always to be positive.
To be clear and constructive as you will know which director served me was very disinterested and completely dismissive of my partner and I. He obviously didn't want to be at work that day never mind serve the public who were parting with hard earned cash. Whilst we were buying a number of pieces he spoke to another couple who also commented on his behaviour and attitude.

I can't fault Beadlecrome interiors at all. They are a company with an ethos of quality: their sales team, customer service and the products they sell. My favourite shop in Reading by far!
