Thank you for taking the time to review your recent purchase from Barcare Supreme Ltd. All feedback is incredibly important in helping us to continue to improve our service. We are sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with the delivery time scale of your machine and have discussed the matter with the manufacturer. They have confirmed the item was delivered within a three working day period in line with their standard transport terms. Unfortunately as the 3 days fell over a weekend, in reality, the item was received in 5 days not 3 as expected. We appreciate in the license trade every day is a working day and as such, we could or should have been clearer in keeping you updated with the anticipated delivery date. We apologise for the misunderstanding and we will make sure we are clearer with anticipated delivery dates in the future. We are though very happy to hear that you are pleased with the performance of your cabinet and hope that you will consider using us again when the situation arises. Many thanks, the Barcare Team.
