Customer service is very helpful. The system is overall very easy to use and make it much easier then having to look through files in a filing cabinet.

Some saccharine, but still effective
Not everything is "great" or "wonderful" or "fabulous" or "fantastic".
No need to read slides at people. Webinar content needs to be more than what I can read on my screen.

Love it so far
So far, they are super attentive without being intrusive. I am loving receiving emails encouraging me to make progress with implementation, without feeling hounded.
