I tried to place an order on Etsy it was rejected after some minutes because of payment problems on the we site . I then went directly to the babouche web site and placed my order and registered ....

Hi Michael - I'm sorry that you are not completely happy. I can't help with the Etsy situation as I have no control over their payment process - that is their domain, not mine. With regards to your comments that you haven't heard anything from my website, can I ask that you check your spam folder. You will get an automatic email from the system once the order is placed. And another when the order is despatched. I also sent you an email directly on Thursday 21st - immediately after you got in touch via the website. Please can you check your email folders and let me know. Thanks David

Ok the issue has been resolved quickly and efficiently by babouche . My mistake the confirming e mail had gone to my junk . The head cover has been sent by Royal Mail and is expected on Monday . The payment problem was on the Etsy web site and not the fault of babouche .Thank you David for your efficiency
