Hi,
Firstly I am glad that your order arrived with you quickly and that it was to your expectations.
Secondly, I apologise that you experienced an issue when ordering the first time. The reason for the delay in the order processing was simply due to our web team carrying out some essential maintenance checks on the site at that time.
Very slow delivery, waited 2 weeks. No update / explanation until I phoned.

Hi Vincent,
The reason for the delay in your order was simply due to the product arriving with us from our supplier.
It stated on the product page website at the time that the product you ordered would not be available until Mid February 2017 and therefore your order confirmation would have stated that this product was on 'back order'. The product did not arrive with us until February 8th 2017 and was immediately despatched the same day using a 24 hours delivery service.
I do apologise for any inconvenience caused Vincent.
