I was initially sent the wrong item size by accident and this was very quickly sorted with the correct size sent out in good time.

Poor didnt send my item and didn't even email me to tell me the item went out of stock

Hi Mark,
Sorry to hear this. I have just looked into this and can see that an email was sent out following a system error, it may be in your spam box? We do state on the email that if we have no response within 24 hours a refund will be processed.

I accidentally placed an order tried everything i could to cancel it emailed them like 3 times and got no reply make a better cancelling order feature/service.

Sorry to hear this. I have now looked into this and can see one email from yourself which was sent on Sunday 09/05/2021. Our offices do not operate over the weekend and I can see your email was responded to explaining this and as your order had already been processed and collected before the email inboxes were checked we could not stop the order unfortunately.
You can return this to us for a refund.

I have already contacted you via email and phone, yet I have constantly had my messages ignored. I hope we can find some sort of resolution or it will prevent me from futher purchases
