Hi Grant,
Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that your order was delayed.
I have looke di nto this and I can see that the reason this order was delayed was due to the address being input incorrectly when you placed the order. As we do not see the customers address due to this automaticallly syncing to our couriers platform this is not picked up befor being despatched form us. Due to this I can see that thsi was returned to the sender.
I can see that you have also now contacted us and the address has been updated and the order resent out to you. The tracking is showing that this due to arrive to you today 10/02/23.

We apologise for the delay in replying to th eemails, we had a large back from christmas and we worked through these as quichky as we could.

Unfortunately my daughter received the wrong size pjs for my Xmas and because no one would reply to her she ended up having to order again. So although she wasted money on the first set as they don’t...

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you received a faulty/mislabelled set of pjs first. Please could I ask that you send us an email to info@bcouturelondon.com with the best contact number to call you on and we can look into getting the faulty set refunded for you. I am not able to locate both orders so just need both order numbers from you.
