Would you mind letting me know if this was one of our own delivery teams? If so they were completely wrong to refuse to remove packaging. The issue of delivery charges is a fraught one. We subsidise delivery costs and prefer to show our charges separately and distinct from the product price. We continue to do everything we can to reduce delivery charges.
