Hello Sally I can see that according to DPD, your Le Creuset Cafetière was delivered on 3rd September (9 working days after the order was placed and within our current 10 - 14 working day current COVID advisory) admittedly this was a little longer than your previous order, which you ordered on a Wednesday and was delivered on the Saturday, so apologies for the delay, but we are doing our best during the current trying times.
