I have looked into your order further and can see that the order was placed on 11th November, with delivery being accepted on 14th. When your order was placed an automatic invoice gets sent to yourself advising of the items you have ordered and also that all items need to be checked with 48 hours for any damages.
We have strict timelines that we have to adhere to with the manufacturers and although we try every effort to get replacements to our customers, nearly 3 weeks is unfortunately, above any flexibly we may have.
