Clear and cheerful telephone advisor. Helpful and quick with ideas to make our stay hopefully enjoyable. Glad I called to book to be honest reduced any concerns I may of forgotten somthing!

Always great service
Website was easy to use and book our break on, lots of information available on the site for general questions. we are very regular visitors so already really knew what we wanted in terms of hotel...
