The booking service was really simple and easy to use. The only thing I would say is that there needs to be a bit more information in regards to the deals that are active on the website.

Surprisingly poor website
The website is not the clearest. I don't want a pop up screen with limited information on bedrooms. I'd like to see pictures of the normal bedrooms and not have to go to lots of other pages searching...

Extortion on the phones!
Booking was simple, but I made a booking for Alton towers resort and also legal and Windsor...... As a disabled guest I had to ring to make my particular bookings . The extra cost of the phone calls...
