Good, but could be expensive
Would have been expensive had we not found a discount code online. Originally was looking at the romantic rooms but the prices were extortionate! Would like to have seen more photos of the types of...

Hotel is fantastic for kids I definitely recommend this to anyone. There's so much to do for the kids not just in the park but the entertainment in the hotel is fantastic, the water park is amazing too. We will always make a trip here to Alton towers it is amazing !

Easy enough but could be refined
Booking process is easy enough but website isn't as easy to use as I'd expect from a large company, especially on a tablet. Navigation can be difficult and specific short break details can be hard...

Fantastic hotel, food, rooms , staff etc X so nice to be able to go to the park on the mono rail and back to hotel and not have to drive anywhere X definitely a lovely couple of days away with my 2...

Had to phone as there was nowhere to enter discount code online.The woman who handled the call was fantastic and very polite and helpful.
