Will now have to order tickets & collect from park, so can't now walk to park thru woodland walk as wont have tickets.

Good ... But confusing check-in instructions. Call centre said to take id to check in, credit card would be fine. Then booking email arrived - 'you must have photo id', it said. So I clicked on...
