Waterpark opening times should be stated on hotel booking form (discovered closed at 4.00 after booking). Tried to book golf as substitute activity and website down and could not book timeslot...

Poor customer service
Initially poor. Long wait to get through on premium rate number then said my requirements to operator but a lot more expensive than online. He just said book it online then.
