This cost is for your first four weeks storage and insurance plus four weeks refundable deposit. If you pay by Direct Debit the deposit can be reduced to just two weeks. I am sorry you feel that this wasn't explained to you fully, our process is to make a "move in" call to each customer before they move in to make sure that everything is clear and that you know what is required in terms of proof of ID etc. Unfortunately, you came to the store before anyone had been able to speak to you. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused and thank you for taking the time to share your comments.
