The quality of face to face teaching was excellent. Really beneficial having time to practice all exercises.

I would recommend this course to everyone.
All the exercise movements were all good and easy to be followed by some of our residents.. The instructor's very energetic and she's amazing. Questions are being answered too after each session.

A very well put together course. It was clear, easy to follow and time allowed for questions.
