Firstly, Congratulations Sarah on your successful sale through Agent in a Box. Thank you for your invaluable feedback - 1 & 2 star reviews are almost more important than the 4's & 5's, as it alllows to strive for continual improvement. You were provided with Activity reports via REA however you have highlighted an issue with those reports in that REA rely on Agents and portals such as ours to explain: phone reveals do not indicate a call to your 'agent'. It simple means a buyers has looked at contact details but there is no digital footprint to confirm whether they took futher action (made a call). Many will send emails in lieu of calling. The ratio is about 70% emails/30% direct calls We are very sad to hear that you believe you were spoken to rudely. Yes, we do like to get the point but we would be certain the "...market speaks" comment had a little more content and context around it. And as you have stated, you sold at or around your expected price, which is fantastic news indeed. Your savings would have been in the vicinity of $15,000, or more, based on average commissions charged by traditional agents throughout Australia. Our pointer signs are industry standard 450mm x 300mm and are purely an assitance to potential buyers who will have already located your property via digital means. These specs for the pointers are stated in our site information. During the term of your listing with AIAB you have/had full access to your account to make any edits you need - at no extra cost. These edits flow DIRECTLY to ALL the property websites, we only check to see that the changes are compliant with legislation and the terms of engagement with the property websites. All members have full control over their listing in this regard. Yes, our system is different from FSBO, and theirs is different from other similar platforms. Our mission is to provide a more human touch in an increasingly distanced digital world. EVERY and ALL buyers enquiries are forwarded to our clients in a timely manner as we know that they are the lifeblood of any sale. Once again Sarah, we are very happy that you sold and were able to save substantial money, however we apologise for any concerns you had during the process - as we are always available to listen, help and chat during and after the sale.
