You were provided with Activity reports via REA however you have highlighted an issue with those reports in that REA rely on Agents and portals such as ours to explain: phone reveals do not indicate a call to your 'agent'. It simple means a buyers has looked at contact details but there is no digital footprint to confirm whether they took futher action (made a call). Many will send emails in lieu of calling. The ratio is about 70% emails/30% direct calls
