Just to clarify, while we do use some templates for replies like return instructions (as they contain a lot of necessary info), all other responses are written individually and tailored to each situation. In this case, the return fee wasn’t refunded as the item wasn’t considered faulty. The colour in question is described by the brand as Navy/Ink, which can sometimes have subtle purple tones depending on lighting, this isn’t seen as a fault, just a variation in how the shade appears.
