Letting you know letter size boxes should work even during the heatwave, as we sent hundreds of orders last year via eBay during the heatwave, there's one that was delayed for 2 weeks during hot summer and ended up fine! As been told by customer (not sure, how that could've worked).
It wouldn't work for example if grey bags (Has several boxes inside due for collection by Royal Mail) has been left next to the radiator in Royal Mail processing center or possibly local Royal Mail office before delivery.
Very good service, they kept me informed throughout. Products arrive safe with clear instructions. Unit with worms settled in nicely. Would definitely recommend them.
Excellent service. The maggots arrived quickly after ordering in their cooled packaging. Great to have the extra bran to bring them back into condition ready for use.
