We have looked into this and have checked with our warehouse who confirmed the pair you returned were a EU28 (UK10) which is what you ordered. Perhaps you are referring to some size conversions in the shoe? As this can sometimes be confusing with some brands as they do not convert their UK and EU sizes properly. This therefore means we do our best to convert them properly for you so that you receive consistent and correct sizes.

Everything was perfect....can't see pair of little pink boots online that I bought in brown Thomas..,.. Love your shoes for years but first time I bought online & it was hassle free!
