I have had a look into this and can see that you placed an order for 2 pairs of shoes. I can see that my colleague emailed you to inform you that unfortunately one of the sale shoes you ordered was out of stock as you say. During extremely busy periods such as sale sometimes we may incur minor discrepancies on our system due to sale stock selling quickly or incorrectly, if very limited availability. We do our very best to ensure this does not happen and will look into addressing this for the future. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We hope you liked the other pair of shoes that you did receive.

Poor. Damaged item. Had to chase refund. Had to chase replacement. Used step2wo for years in a retail business. V disappointing service online.

I have looked into this for you and can see that you spoke with a member of the Step2wo team who did refund you in full for the faulty pair without the need to return them. You was also given 20% off a replacement pair with an additional £5 off that you had received originally. I can see my colleague did also follow this up with a email confirming the refund, discount and receipt of replacement pair. We sincerely apologise for the faulty pair you received and do hope the replacement along with the discount is to your satisfaction.
